2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all participants.

2.1 Participant Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee of £30.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

2.2 Cardiff Lifeguard Cancellations:

If we must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued based on the conditions outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.

4. Health and Safety Policy

The safety of our participants and staff is a top priority.

4.1 Training Environment: We ensure that all training venues meet health and safety standards.
4.2 Participant Responsibility: Participants are expected to comply with health and safety instructions provided during training.
4.3 In Case of Emergency: First aid is available during all training sessions, and emergency procedures are clearly outlined to participants.

5. Code of Conduct

We promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Participants are expected to:

Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.
Attend all scheduled sessions on time and complete all required coursework.
Refrain from any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.

All course materials provided by Cardiff Lifeguard are the intellectual property of our organisation. These materials are for personal use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our written consent.
